DBs are traced by the same OpenTelemetry tools (monkeypatching SQLAlchemy). You no longer need to configure the FastAPI Instrumentor, but still the DB stuff. FastAPI uses the same OTel API (and SDK) so everything is compatible.

It was implemented having Logfire and Sentry into account, they reviewed it. Could be used together, and their implementation and config could be simplified.
