the fusefly is flying pretty poorly now, but no more game state fed into Jev; just pure depth map and image processing to hunt and lock onto the wizard to attack. It flies around the map until it finds someone. I play as the wizard FPV and shoot magic bolts at the flies
1
10
1,919
I made the Fusefly's vision use stereoscopic vision, so two virtual camera on it which generate a depth map in real time and then uses the images and depth map to do object detection to then feed it's precieved object distance and location into Jev to control the bug.

At this point I've dropped all other ADE tools and made my own. None of them are designed for working on multiple projects efficiently. I added the ability to archive sessions months ago.
I give it 10 days before everyone starts copying this workflow. Seriously can't believe we've been dealing with single rows of text for over a year.

I tried an experiment. 5 different feature additions on my existing real codebase, 1 prompt with "think like a senior engineer" and the other without. Implemented with Opus 4.8, judged using Fable 5. The results are clear, adding it actually made the LLM dumber it seems.

This is the difference between AI automation and AI slop. One agent writes the code. Then specialized agents review security, performance, concurrency, data integrity, accessibility, and failure handling. The first pass builds it. The next ten make it trustworthy.

I’ve got two cron jobs running: 1) Find 5–10 pieces of slop code, clean them up, and open a PR for each. 2) Review one PR, verify the fix, and merge if good. Each runs inside a fresh Lambda microVM with Cursor CLI + Grok 4.5. Closing my laptop and hoping for the best.

if you're building anything remotely complex, you should consistently be asking it to generate mermaid diagrams so you can understand the architecture. i find that sometimes these models do not even follow the plan I provided them.

to enjoy coding with ai always assume it'll always miss edge cases or leave huge implementation gaps in your original request. Even a simple prompt to Fable 5 with "/goal make my ui look consistent, take screenshots to verify"and somehow I still have two different tabs styles.

I'm building my own self hosted Daytona for agent sandboxes. Create a "clean up code base" agent, set a repo, set 20 agents, it'll spin up as many ec2 instances with 2gb firecracker vm inside, do the work in whatever harness, run the tests, make the pr. a fun prototype.
